Ken & Irma MorrisRelationship Skills Unlimited Inc. (RSU) is a Marriage Education organization dedicated to helping all couples learn the art of loving over a lifetime. We do this by helping develop a healthy Marriage-Maintenance Plan with resources for engaged couples, happy married couples, troubled marriages and stepfamilies.

RSU was founded by Ken & Irma Morris in 1993. Since this time, they have impacted over 1000 families by teaching communication and relationship skills. Their vision is founded on their own experiences. Ken & Irma made a commitment that divorce was not an option. Experiencing many problems from the start, they faced the choice of either living with each other in misery or getting help.

After 3 years of personal counseling, they attended the Family Life Weekend To Remember (WTR) Marriage Conference. They soon became facilitators for Family Life's HomeBuilders small group studies: and eventually became the HomeBuilders Directors for Southern California. As they trained couples to facilitate their own small groups, many of their ideas and concepts were adopted nationwide by FamilyLife. Ken and Irma developed the strongest volunteer HomeBuilders network in Orange County which in turn spread throughout Southern California. In 2002 Ken and Irma were awarded the National HomeBuilders Leadership Award from Family Life, and are currently still involved with the Weekend To Remember conference in Irvine, California.

In 2004, Ken and Irma were excited to join the Marriage Movement with the Orange County Marriage Resource Center on a full time basis. It was then that they realized the true reason for most failed marriage was a lack of effective communication. They continue with their passion to help couples achieve healthy and happy families by teaching the fundamental skills necessary to preserve the family unit, and cultivate a thriving marriage.
